Prepare/Enrich program is formed around 6 goals to be achieved through an assessment portion followed by feedback from the clinician. You will have access to over 20 exercises that will be utilized depending on your strength and growth areas.
This program is based on integrated concepts and principles from Marital and Family therapy, Couples and family strengths model, and Prevention-oriented approaches.
The six goals for couples include:
- Explore strength and growth areas
- Strengthen communication skills
- Identify and manage major stressors
- Resolve conflicts using the Ten Step Model
- Develop a more balanced relationship using the Couple and Family Maps
- Understand personality differences and maximize teamwork.
